I, as a Overlapping user and confirming that I am at least 18 years old, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator on the terms of this document.

Important for the website interface: this consent is executed separately from the Public Offer and other documents. The recommended interface element is a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default before registration.

1. Data covered by the Consent

1.1. This Consent covers data I provide myself or that is generated through use of Overlapping, including: name; email address; Account identifier; technical authentication data; IP address; device, browser and operating-system information; dates and times of Service use; session identifiers; technical logs; cookies and other technical identifiers; account settings; contents of tasks, plans and other data I send to Overlapping when using the Service to the extent such data constitutes personal data; Subscription information; payment amount, date, status and identifier; content of my support inquiries; and site-visit and interface-use data generated and transmitted when Yandex Metrica operates, including visited pages, traffic source, visit date and time, interface events and technical browser/device information.
1.2. Bank-card data, including the full card number and CVC/CVV, is not collected directly by Overlapping and is processed by the payment service.
1.3. Schedule data is sent to and stored on the Overlapping server, including during the free period. Expiry alone does not delete previously stored data.

2. Purposes

2.1. Personal data may be processed to create and maintain the Account; authenticate; send one-time codes; recover access; provide Overlapping functionality; store and synchronize User data; perform the agreement; account for Subscription and payments; send receipts and service notifications; answer inquiries; ensure security; prevent abuse; diagnose errors; analyze traffic, traffic sources and interface use; evaluate promotion effectiveness and improve the Service; comply with legal obligations; and protect the lawful rights of the User and Operator.

3. Operations with data

3.1. I authorize collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to persons engaged for operation of the Service to the necessary extent, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
3.2. Processing may be automated or carried out without automation.

4. Third parties

4.1. I agree that, to the extent necessary for Overlapping to function and develop, my personal data may be transferred to and processed by: Robokassa for payments and refunds; Mail.ru for sending one-time codes, confirmation and access-recovery messages, service notifications, and processing User inquiries; and Yandex Metrica, operated by Yandex LLC, for web analytics, analysis of traffic sources and use of pages and functions, and evaluation of promotion effectiveness. Through specifically configured analytics parameters, Overlapping does not transmit my name, email address, task or plan content, password or full payment credentials to Yandex Metrica.
4.2. Overlapping’s primary server database is located on equipment owned by the Operator in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation and uses PostgreSQL. With an active Subscription, synchronized data is transmitted to this server over HTTPS.
4.3. Backups may be stored on the second physical disk of the same server for up to 30 calendar days. No third-party cloud hosting is currently used for Overlapping’s primary database or backups.
4.4. Engagement of external services does not release the Operator from statutory responsibility.

5. Term of Consent

5.1. The Consent is effective from the moment it is given in the Overlapping interface until the processing purposes are achieved, the Account is deleted through the “Delete account” function, or the Consent is withdrawn, unless longer processing is permitted or required on another lawful basis.
5.2. After withdrawal, the Operator may continue processing without consent where expressly permitted by Russian law, including where necessary to perform a current agreement or statutory obligation.
5.3. After Account deletion, data previously included in a backup may remain until completion of the 30-day backup cycle and is then deleted or overwritten unless further retention is legally required.

6. Withdrawal

6.1. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to overlapping@mail.ru.
6.2. The request must state the Account email and clearly express the requirement to withdraw consent.

7. Confirmation

7.1. By selecting the separate checkbox in the Overlapping interface, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old; have read this Consent; understand the purposes and conditions of processing; give Consent voluntarily; and have reviewed the Personal Data Processing Policy.
7.2. The information system may record the fact of Consent, including the version of the Consent, date and time, Account identifier and technical data needed to prove that Consent was obtained.

A minimal record of the email and the dates of free-period use or account deletion is retained separately after account deletion to prevent repeated free periods. It contains no tasks, schedules, password or other deleted account data. Email case and leading or trailing spaces are ignored.

The registration language, time zone and one-time initialization marker are stored to prepare the starter schedule. These settings and examples are linked to the Account and deleted with it, except information retained on the other grounds stated in this Policy.
