1. Plan

1.1. Overlapping provides one paid Subscription costing RUB 200 for 30 calendar days.
1.2. The Subscription provides server storage of Overlapping data and synchronization of User data on server equipment owned by the Provider and physically located in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation.
1.3. Adding events, groups and participants is available with an active Subscription or during the free period. Data is stored on the Overlapping server. A separate offline mode with local storage is not provided.
1.4. With an active Subscription, task and planning data is transmitted via HTTPS to the Overlapping server and stored in PostgreSQL. The primary database and backups are not currently hosted in a third-party cloud.

2. Start of the Subscription

2.1. The Subscription is activated after Overlapping receives confirmation of successful payment.
2.2. The Subscription lasts 30 calendar days from activation.
2.3. After registration and email confirmation, a new account receives free access once for 10 days (240 hours), without a payment. There is no automatic charge after this period. Free access is available once per email. Deleting an account and registering again with the same email does not grant another free period.

3. Renewal

3.1. There is no automatic renewal.
3.2. Overlapping does not make automatic monthly or other recurring charges.
3.3. Paid functions are disabled after 30 days.
3.4. For a new period, the User independently makes a new payment.
3.5. Each payment is a separate expression of the User’s will.

4. Payment

4.1. Payments are processed through Robokassa.
4.2. Bank-card data is entered on the payment-service side.
4.3. Overlapping does not store the full card number or CVC/CVV.
4.4. After successful payment, the User receives access to paid functionality for 30 days.
4.5. The Provider issues a professional-income-tax receipt for the payment and sends it to the User electronically.

5. What happens after the Subscription ends

5.1. No automatic charge occurs.
5.2. Previously stored server data is not deleted solely because the Subscription ended and remains in the Account under the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5.3. Adding new events, groups and participants becomes unavailable until renewal. Previously stored data remains accessible in the Account.
5.4. To resume paid functions, the User independently purchases a new Subscription.
5.5. The User may delete the Account using the “Delete account” function. After deletion, data is removed from the working database subject to legal requirements; previously created backups may remain on the server’s second disk until the end of the 30-day storage cycle.
5.6. If a paid Subscription is active at Account deletion, deletion itself does not deprive the User of the right to request a refund for the unused period under Sections 6–9 of these Rules.

6. Subscription cancellation

6.1. The User may cancel an active Subscription at any time.
6.2. To do so, the User sends a free-form request to overlapping@mail.ru.
6.3. Recommended wording: “Please terminate my Overlapping Subscription and refund the amount for the unused period. Full name: ____. Account email: ____. Payment date: ____.”

7. Refund calculation

7.1. The preliminary refund for the unused period is calculated as P = S / D × max(0, D − N), where P is the amount before documented actual expenses; S is the Subscription price; D is the actual number of calendar days in the paid period; and N is the number of calendar days from activation through the day the request is received.
7.2. Example: for a 30-day paid period at RUB 200 and a request on day 11, the base refund is 200 / 30 × 19 = RUB 126.67.
7.3. Only actually incurred and documented Provider expenses directly connected with performance of the agreement may additionally be deducted if permitted by law.
7.4. Such expenses may include non-refundable payment-operator fees for the payment and/or refund.
7.5. If a commission was not actually incurred or was returned to the Provider, it is not deducted.
7.6. If the law provides a more favorable refund for the User in a particular case, the statutory procedure applies.

8. Refund period

8.1. The request is processed and the refund instruction is sent within up to 10 business days unless a shorter statutory period applies.
8.2. After the refund is submitted to the payment system, the actual crediting time depends on the bank and payment infrastructure.

9. Refund method

9.1. Funds are refunded to the same payment instrument used for payment.
9.2. If this is technically impossible, the Provider contacts the User to agree on a lawful refund method.

10. Contacts

10.1. Questions about payment, Subscription and refunds: overlapping@mail.ru.
10.2. Provider: Ildus Zaitovich Ganiev, Tax ID 023802825780, professional income tax payer, Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan.
10.3. Service: Overlapping. Websites: https://overlapping.ru.

Creation limits per account: up to 1,000 new events, 1,000 new groups and 1,000 new schedule participants per calendar day in the Asia/Yekaterinburg time zone. Each type has its own independent limit, including during the free period. Deleting an item does not reduce the day’s creation count.

System-created starter examples do not consume the daily manual-creation quota. Creating them does not extend the free period or activate a Subscription if the email has already used its free period. After a new registration is confirmed, the Service creates an editable example family schedule once, with fictional participants, groups and events. These are sample data, not information about the User’s actual children, work or health. Names use the registration language; the one-time example date uses the specified time zone. Examples may be edited or deleted and are not restored on subsequent sign-in.
